Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to prepare and hand over your order: your name, phone number, email address, order contents, pickup preference and any preparation notes you give us.

Order details are shared with the kitchen team so your food is made correctly. We do not sell your information, and we do not store card numbers — payment is taken in person at the counter.

Inquiries sent through the omakase, catering or contact forms are kept so we can reply and plan your event. You can ask us to delete an inquiry at any time by writing to mrsta_ssp@me.com.

We keep order records for accounting and food-safety purposes. Basic, aggregated traffic statistics may be used to understand which pages are useful.
