Terms of service

Orders placed through this site are requests for pickup at 124 Cochlin St, Traverse City, MI 49684. An order is confirmed when you receive an order number; the kitchen may contact you if an item becomes unavailable.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable sales tax at checkout. Payment is taken at the counter when you collect your order.

Please collect your order within 20 minutes of the stated pickup time. Food held longer than that may be discarded for quality and safety reasons.

If something is wrong with your order, tell us the same day and we will make it right. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Consuming raw or undercooked seafood may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Please tell us about allergies before ordering — our kitchen handles shellfish, gluten, egg, soy and sesame.

Private omakase and catering inquiries are not bookings until both parties confirm dates, menu and pricing in writing.
